As a licensed real estate salesperson at Harcourts Milford, Maggie works tirelessly to serve her vendor and buyer clients the length and breadth of Auckland’s northern coastline from Devonport to Orewa. Her specialist expertise encompassing a variety of development projects, and the complexities of marketing and selling down multi-use residential apartments and townhouses, is much admired by all who have dealings with her. Maggie is a clear communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and a resident of the area since 2002. Her enthusiasm, commitment and keen interest in property investment translates to her real estate work in the area, very well.
Since 2013 when Maggie entered the real estate industry, she has handled countless transactions and guided her clients safely and sympathetically through the sale and purchase of their properties.
