As a licensed real estate salesperson at Harcourts Milford, Maggie works tirelessly to serve her vendor and buyer clients the length and breadth of Auckland’s northern coastline from Devonport to Orewa.

Her specialist expertise encompassing a variety of development projects, and the complexities of marketing and selling down multi-use residential apartments and townhouses, is much admired by all who have dealings with her.

Maggie is a clear communicator in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and a resident of the area since 2002. Her enthusiasm, commitment and keen interest in property investment translates to her real estate work in the area, very well.

Kristina Marmont has worked in real estate for over two decades and has been the Manager of the Milford office for over 11 of those years. Sam has been in Real Estate for 10+ years and with over ONE BILLION DOLLARS worth of property sold under his hammer calling auctions 1000 auctions under his belt calling auctions and negotiation has become second nature. After completing a Bachelor of Property degree at Auckland University in 2008 Sam started a successful sales career but soon discovered his true passion was calling auctions. During this time, he has also
spent 2-3 years in management as sole charge of 2 real estate offices and is still on call when his expertise and knowledge is called upon.

Believing that you never stop learning Sam continues to hone his skills to provide real value for his clients. He goes out of his way to have an in-depth knowledge of each individual property that comes under his hammer and actively seeks to meet and engage with sellers and buyers pre-auction.
